We pride ourselves on our historical lineage, highly trained instructors and a knowledge of Tai Chi .

The Tai Chi taught at Seven Stars consists of six styles of Tai Chi.
We cater from complete beginner to International competitor.
We specialise in Tai Chi for Health.
Our Tai Chi students range from 16yrs old to 88yrs old.
Beginners start with either Yang style Tai Chi or Dong Yue style Tai Chi.
Grades can be taken in Tai Chi as the students progress.
Beginners learn four Tai Chi Routines but can progress to our full syllabus of over 40 routines.
Students with the ability can compete in Tai Chi for Sport competitions at National and International level.
We also teach the combat aspect of Tai Chi to suitable students.
Tai Chi has been proven to lower blood pressure, improve balance, aid circulation, improve posture and reduce stress. Often recommended by doctors and physiotherapists, Tai Chi can benefit everyone's health whether be it to obtain mental calm or physical relaxation.
Students who progress become eligible to join our associations  - "Chinese Wushu Research Institute G.B." est. 1986. The Associations the students becomes a part of within the "Institute" are "Wirral Tai Chi Association" est. 1978, "White Crane Tai Chi Association" est.1978 (the first ever Tai Chi Associations established on Merseyside), and  "British Dong Yue Taijiquan Association" est. 2004.
